Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge the terms governing the purchase, preparation, and shipping of our products. These terms are applied in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Iran.<\/p>

    2. Order Preparation and Production<\/h2>

    Some Joudi Della products are prepared or made to order after a purchase has been placed. As a result, the preparation time for these products differs from that of ready-to-ship items available in stock.<\/p>

    • Production time for made-to-order products:<\/strong> Custom orders generally require 12\u201315 business days<\/strong> for production and preparation.<\/p><\/li>

    • This timeframe covers production and order preparation only. It does not include shipping or delivery time.<\/p><\/li>

    • If exceptional circumstances or unforeseen delays occur during production, Joudi Della will notify the customer through its official communication channels.<\/p><\/li>

    • For products that are ready to ship, the estimated delivery timeframe will depend on stock availability and the information provided on the relevant product page.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      As made-to-order products require time and careful craftsmanship, please take the stated preparation time into account before placing your order.<\/p>

      3. Shipping and Delivery Conditions<\/h2>

      • All Joudi Della orders are dispatched from Tehran, Iran.<\/p><\/li>

      • Orders are shipped through Tipax, a domestic courier and logistics company.<\/p><\/li>

      • Once an order has been fully prepared and packaged, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for dispatch.<\/p><\/li>

      • Delivery time after the parcel has been handed over to Tipax depends on the destination, route conditions, and the carrier’s performance.<\/p><\/li>

      • Shipping fees are calculated according to the amount displayed during checkout and will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.<\/p><\/li>

      • If a tracking number is provided, the relevant tracking information will be made available to the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Please note that production time and shipping time are two separate periods. For made-to-order products, the production period is 12\u201315 business days, after which the shipping period begins once the order is ready.<\/p>

        4. Tracking and Receiving Your Parcel<\/h2>

        After your order has been dispatched, you can track its status using the tracking information provided through the shipping carrier.<\/p>

        • Please inspect the external condition of the package upon delivery.<\/p><\/li>

        • If you notice visible damage, tearing, or signs that the package has been opened, please take photographs or videos of the packaging and product and notify Joudi Della as soon as possible.<\/p><\/li>

        • If a delivery delay or other delivery issue occurs, please first check the parcel’s status using the available tracking information. If further assistance is needed, the Joudi Della support team will guide you through the follow-up process.<\/p><\/li>

        • If delivery is affected by an incorrect address, an invalid phone number, or the recipient’s absence, any necessary follow-up and potential redelivery costs will be assessed based on the circumstances, the reason for the issue, and the shipping carrier’s applicable conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          As preparation for many Joudi Della products begins after an order is placed, please carefully review the product specifications, color, size, and other details before completing your purchase.<\/p>

          • For orders for which custom production has already begun, or products being made according to a customer’s personal specifications, cancellation may be limited.<\/p><\/li>

              • Product photographs are intended to represent the appearance and characteristics of each item as accurately as possible. However, differences in lighting, device displays, and photography conditions may result in slight variations in how colors appear.<\/p><\/li>

              • Products made from natural materials or materials with unique patterns and textures may exhibit natural differences from one piece to another.<\/p><\/li>

              • Minor, normal variations in handmade products do not, by themselves, constitute a defect, provided that the product conforms to its essential specifications and published description.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                However, any substantial deviation from the stated specifications, defect, or damage will be assessed in accordance with the return conditions outlined in Section 6.<\/p>
